Advanced Voting
Voting in Kansas is easier than ever. With advance voting, any registered voter can vote by mail or in person before Election Day.

Option B
- Contact the Crawford County Election Office to request a
personalized application for an advance voting ballot. The personalized
application requires only that you sign the application and send it
back. All of the fields you would normally fill out will be filled in
for you by the voter registration system.
- Sign the application and return it to PO Box 249 Girard, KS 66743.
Notes
- You can have your ballot mailed to you starting 20 days before the election.
- You may vote in person in the county election office starting 20 days before the election in Crawford County.
- All ballots must be received in the county election office by the close of polls on Election Day (7:00 PM).
- Sick, disabled or voters less than proficient in the English language may receive assistance in applying for and casting advance voting ballots.
- If you are infirm, suffer from a disability or are over the age of
65 you may apply for a permanent advance ballot to be sent to you 20
days before each election. If you wish to be sent a permanent
application please contact
the election office.
